Bank details are processed directly by Caixa d'Enginyers through Redsys, the provider we have chosen for the electronic payment service as it is "the fastest and safest way to pay on the Internet". Therefore, Trígonos will never see the clients' credit card information, it will simply receive the payment and the details of the order to elaborate it.
We reserve the right to use business data anonymously to study purchasing habits and usages.
The price of the products will be the one that is indicated in our web in every moment unless some error occurred.
All prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs that have a fixed value for each destination.
Once the customer has made the payment for the order will be sent an order confirmation in the form of e-mail.
Method of payment

Refunds will only be given if the product delivered is defective. In this case, the customer must contact immediately through the contact form detailing the product as well as the defect it has. A courier will pick up the defective product and we will replace it with another equal product. If no longer available, you will be refunded the amount of the order.
Delivery of orders is subcontracted to Transabadell and Packlink.
Place of delivery
The place of delivery will be the one indicated by the customer in the order. If at the time of delivery is not at the address or there is no one to sign, they will try again later. Transabadell and Packlink also ask us for a contact telephone number to arrange a delivery time.
The delivery time within the Spanish peninsular territory is 24-48 working hours from the working day following receipt of payment. The delivery time in the Balearic Islands ranges between 3 and 5 days and the international in Europe is 5 to 10 working days.
Orders are confirmed upon payment of the order. In addition, a confirmation email will be sent.
Returns will only be accepted if the delivered product is defective and up to 15 days after having received it.
In the case of receiving a defective product, the customer must contact us immediately through the contact form, detailing the product and the defect.
A courier will be sent to the customer's home to collect and replace it. In such a case, Trígonos will bear the transport costs.
