Trigonos' priority is to satisfy its customers and it aims to achieve this through excellent service. This is why we guarantee the quality of the products supplied and their delivery under the conditions set out below. In addition, we consider that the products correspond to what is detailed on the website.

Protection of your privacy

 

All the data you provide us with as a Trigonos customer will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be communicated to third parties when this is necessary for the delivery of the order and when you give us your consent with regard to service contracts in which Trigonos acts exclusively as an intermediary.

 

Bank details are processed directly by the Caixa d'Enginyers via Redsys: the supplier we have chosen for the electronic payment service because it is "the fastest and safest way to pay on the Internet". Consequently, Trigonos will never see your credit card details; it will simply receive the payment and order details in order to process it.

 

We reserve the right to use commercial data anonymously to study purchasing habits and use of the site.

 

II. ORDERS

 

The price

 

The price of the products will be the price indicated on our website at all times, except in the event of error. All prices include current VAT but exclude shipping costs, which have a fixed value for each destination (0€ for purchases over 80€ and shipping to mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands or 5€ for purchases under 80€ and shipping to mainland Spain and 8€ for purchases under 80€ and shipping to the Balearic Islands; 17€ for shipping to other European Union countries; ad hoc budgets are prepared for other destinations).

 

Order confirmation

 

Once you have paid for your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail.

 

III. PAYMENT

 

Method of payment

 

Orders may be paid for by credit or debit card. It can also be made by bank transfer, by paying the amount into our account. If in doubt, please send an e-mail to trigonos@trigonos.cat.

 

Confidentiality and security

 

Redsys is one of the most reliable, secure and quickest ways to make online payments. As Redsys pays you directly, Trigonos does not have access to your bank details. Redsys will send us the money and information needed to place the order.

IV. SHIPPING

 

The delivery of orders is subcontracted to various transport agencies.

 

Place of delivery

 

The place of delivery will be the one you indicate when you place your order. If, at the time of delivery, you are not at the address indicated or there is no-one there to sign for your order, they will try again later. Transport agencies also ask us for a contact telephone number to arrange a delivery time if necessary.

 

Delivery times

 

The delivery time in mainland Spain is 24 to 48 working hours from the working day following receipt of payment. Delivery to the Balearic Islands takes 3 to 5 days and international delivery within the European Union takes 5 to 10 working days.

 

Orders are confirmed at the time of payment. We will also send you a confirmation e-mail.

 

V. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery of the order and must be requested in writing to Trigonos by one of the following means: e-mail (trigonos@trigonos.cat), telephone (+34 607 21 71 73) or to the address: General Prim, 25 08773 Sant Joan de Mediona, Catalonia (Spain).

 

In this case, we will refund all payments received for the product(s) you are requesting to return, including shipping costs, within 14 days from the date of receipt of your return request. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as you used to make the purchase, and no charges will be applied to the refund. We may defer a refund until we have received the goods back or until we have received proof that the goods have been returned.

 

The order or part of it must be sent directly to us at the address given in the first paragraph of this section V. on Returns and Refunds, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you request the return.

 

As the purchaser of the products, you are responsible for the arrangement and cost of returning the products, and you alone are responsible for any depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the products.
